It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity. The Syndicate Corp. has became the new Goverment in 2457, keeping Azure City under it's thumb. The rich hide away in their Domes while the poor waste away. A few have stepped forward to rise from the gritty underworld to bring a stop to the Syndicate but where they have failed, others have thrived. Cyberpunk is no longer a rebellious fad, it is a battle cry.
